More interesting: the 404 was the car that was involved in that accident in 2016. As far as I understood (from the newspapers), the tram is able to run and the tracks were also checked. This is not the only testrun, but at least: the photo is excellent for the site.

Но я писал в транспортную компанию и на жаль я получил такой ответ:

purtroppo i lavori sulla trenovia di Opicina non sono ancora conclusi. La riapertura della linea avverrà probabilmente nel 2023.

Я там лучше не ехал чтобы не быть отчаянным. Надеюсь следующий год трамвай будет.

Ну раз в несколько десятков лет снег выпадает в Иерусалиме или Дамаске, например - что гораздо южнее Триеста))))

Хотя я присмотрелся внимательно, и теперь думаю, что это отпечатанная плёночная фотография, сначала наклеенная на стенд в каком-нибудь учреждении (музее?), и перефотографированная уже с этого стенда на цифровик.

Соответственно, дата может обозначать дату "перефотографирования", а не дату исходного снимка.

Вопрос, требует прояснения.
