ESCRIPTION operations for the reconditioning work :

- Bogie overhaul , including changing bandages
- Engine overhaul
- Change the various components that showed wear due to long exploitation
- Masking coupling devices
- Installation of side covers to cover bogies being left visible only half the wheels rolling down
- Change the floor and carpet fixing a slip of heavy traffic
- Replacement of melamine plywood interior sidewalls with PVC lining
- Change window ( safety glasses and seals )
- Reconditioning the car and the driver 's seat
- Changing room seats ( upholstered chair )
- Change interior lighting (LEDs)
- Making installation LED signaling and lighting stairs
- Manufacture of stairs with steps of corrugated aluminum sheet
- Changing headlights and their places
- Changing triple ( back )
- Manufacture of front and rear bumpers us
- Review and reinstatement of the heating system supplemented with three heaters
- Reconditioning pantograph ( cast and machined aluminum paddle on own )
- Reconditioning bellows
- Exterior surface preparation tram to complete school

Total cost : £ 41,600
