In fact this is a tram. In the town centres of Karlsruhe, Pforzheim, Bad Wildbad and Worth these cars runs through the streets on tramway lines. At these sections the 750 V DC currency is used. But they are designed to run on DB-lines with 15 kV AC currency. These cars have replaced many regional train services in the Karlsruhe area, and the longest lines have a terminus 100 km away from Karlsruhe. Some of these trams run for special occasions into Austria and Switzerland.

I know that it is a GT6. I have added a new car with this type, but the moderators have changed the type to already existing one for the Innsbruck 33.

You're right, the status had to be sold.

The replacement of the lines 3 and a part of line 6 by RandstadRail (line 3 and 4). There are less GTL-8 trams needed.

On Queen's day (the birth day of the former Queen Juliana of the Netherlands) the city centre in Amsterdam can only reached by foot. So on this day the outer ends of the several lines are combined to a special line for this day, which have numbers between 71 and 78. And the route of these lines can be different from year to year.

The 780-804 are model LHB 9G; 805-816 are model LHB 10G
