Состоялось открытие первой трамвайной линии Green Mountain Line сети Danhai Light Rail. Линия Kanding — Hongshulin длиной 7,3 км состоит из 11 станций и соединяет жилые и офисные районы северной части города со станцией метро Hongshulin. Время работы ежедневно с 6:30 до 22:00 с интервалом 15 минут.

Синяя ветка метро (Bannnan Line) продлена на один перегон длинной 1,9 км. После открытия станции Dingpu на Юго-Западном направлении, длинна линий Тайбейского метро составила 131.1 км.

The Songshan line extension is opened between Ximen and Songshan stations.
The Xiaonanmen line is discontinued and replaced by the new Green line through service, all trains from Xindian continue to Songshan and direct service to Tamsui is discontinued.
