Троллейбус не из 70х, здание на фоне весьма современное со стеклом во всю высоту, правее тоже потянет на здание 21 века, относительно современные иномарки.

Смотря какое время считать современностью.

Ну местами выглядит современно

Да,это только предположение т.к. номер на этом фото невозможно разглядеть.
Можете ли вы дать ссылку на эти фотографии?(которые не в сети) или выложить их на Transphoto?

Nice picture, but not entirely correct. :-) some few fotos exist (but not online).
A quetion also, do you have from source more informations? Why it is 102? I think this is only a guess?

There was no closure of system, but for some years this was only in unregular service. But now it have a great future! :-)

Probably 2019. In 2018.11 the Songdowon was still there.

Thats incorect, the scene was made near Wonsanjog and not at "Jangchon" (correct: Changchondong) ;-)

Thats no second hand, this are new trolleybusses, which send from factory in Pyongyang to Wonsan in March 2019. Some of them get in service and so it is realistic that the first star has already been received till now.

This vehicles are buildet in 2018/2019 and was send to Wonsan as a gift. Its planned to reactivate a trolleybusline and build two new lines.

I suspect; otherwise I don't think that such a new trolleybus would have a mark, since the new body bus in Sinuiju has no marks. Otherwise maybe it just ran constantly before the other Chollima-321 was delivered. I don't think this is a body replacement, because it does not have the three flaps on the left side.
