I heard that a car (one of the "Hollywood cars" that was adapted for overhead maintenance) was set aside for preservation, but I have no recent news about it.

Urquiza Railway once operated lots of cars acquired from California. Are there any left by now? They were retired decades ago, but at least one (3758) survived in the later years.
