A trolleybus system is necessary for the city. Electric buses can be converted into trolleybuses when batteries will need to replaced(and no funds will be provided of course).

Also the city configuration(a lot of steep inclines) make the trolleybus a great alternative to conventional buses, less pollution and more reliability going uphill. Besides a lot of other reasons.

Yes, they are 10 meters long. I don't really understand the second question but a price per bus would be around 500.000 euros.
