Stop of the bus route 37 Šilo st. towards Kalvarijų g. was moved before the roundabout intersection so that electric feeder minibus route 119 could stop there. This means that trips of 119 heading to the depot no longer can stop there.

Due to heating infrastructure reconstruction on J. Jasinskio g., from 18th to 28th July there are changes to bus and trolleybus routes.
— Routes 1, 3 are temporarily cancelled.
— Route 7, without addition of extra trolleybuses, sent on a detour via T. Narbuto g., Konstitucijos pr., Šeimyniškių g., Žirmūnų tiltas, T. Kosciuškos g., Arsenalo g., Žygimantų g., Vilniaus g., Gedimino pr., Jogailos g., Pylimo g.
— Route 9 runs more often at the expense of cancelled routes 1 and 3.
— Bus route 21 runs significantly more often and from the intersection of V. Kudirkos / Pamėnkalnio is rerouted to Žvėrynas via J. Jasinskio g., Liubarto g., Kęstučio g., Sėlių g. in both directions.
— From 20th July bus 11 towards Užupis and bus 21 towards Lazdynėliai (from Žvėrynas) are rerouted on additional detour via Sėlių g., Kęstučio g., Liubarto g., Vytauto g., Saltoniškių g., T. Narbuto g., Geležinio Vilko g., A. Goštauto g., J. Tumo-Vaižganto g., V. Kudirkos g., Pamėnkalnio g.

Due to traffic limitations and increased demand for bus drivers for special service routes during NATO summit, 10-13 July inclusively electric minibus route #89 is cancelled. On 11-12 July trolleybus routes #3, 16, 18, 20 are cancelled.

New stops introduced for feeder electric bus routes.
— Aitvarų st. for route 120, located between Bubilo st. and Užpalių st.
— Paplūdimio st. for route 117, located between Taurupės st. and Pakrantės st. for both directions. Stop was planned for the launch of route on 15.08.2022 but at that moment it was still under construction.

Introduction of summer timetables.
Route 16 during summer holidays will be operating until 21:00-21:20. Starting from 20:45-21:00 express bus 2G, which is completely covering whole route of 16th, will be stopping at all intermediate stops along the trolleybus route. It will still skip stops between Pašilaičiai and Santariškės.
Trolleybuses Škoda 15Tr will resume operation at the end of summer school holidays.
On weekends new multi-route service is added: in the evening 1 two-shift vehicle after finishing service on route 16, runs 1 loop on route 19 and then returns to the depot.

Route 10 resumes operation until Saulėtekis. It was shortened to Antakalnis previously due to cost saving and driver shortage.

During New Year celebrations trolleybus routes 2, 7, 16 and 17 will operate until 2:00.

On the second half of the day strike of UAB "Vilniaus viešasis transportas" drivers has ended. Several trolleybus routes resumed full operation. All routes resumed full operation since next day.

Autumn timetables introduced.
— Route 9 will be partially operated by 1st depot once again.
— Route 10 remains shortened to Antakalnis.
— Route 16 will operate until late evening as usual.
— There will be no more services where trolleybus after work on route 16 was doing 1 round trip on route 19.
— Services of the 1st depot on route 19 are not restored.
— Due to severe lack of drivers in all operator companies autumn timetables will have less vehicles operating than in the spring.

— Route 10 for the summer period is shortened to Antakalnis.
— Route 13 is cancelled. All vehicles are transferred to route 18 which is a longer version of 13.
— Route 16 during summer holidays will be operating until 21:00-21:20. Starting from 20:45-21:00 express bus 2G, which is completely covering whole route of 16th, will be stopping at all intermediate stops along the trolleybus route. It will still skip stops between Pašilaičiai and Santariškės.
— Route 19 is redirected through Žirmūnų bridge and L. Sapiegos stop. That way express bus route 4G will be less overlapping with trolleybus and a direct link from southern Antakalnis to Šeimyniškių street is restored.

Gradual increase of vehicles on the routes or change from rush hour / single shift to two shift duties. This is due to better situation with driver shortage due to illnesses.

Change of timetables due to severe shortage of drivers (mostly in VVT). Some routes have reduced amount of vehicles. Due to the closure of vaccination center at Litexpo, bus routes 100 and 200 are closed but trolleybus route 14, which was mostly covered by 200, is not reinstated.

City council has approved plan of Vilniaus viešasis transportas to buy 159 new trolleybuses for up to 92,43 million euro. First 50 standard length vehicles could arrive on the 2nd half of 2023, while the rest — during 2024. That way city would get rid of all old Škoda trolleybuses. According to the technical specification project, all 159 vehicles must have autonomous drive of at least 20 km on a single charge. 68 of them should be articulated with 4 doors and the rest — standard length with 3 doors.

Winter timetable introduced.
Route 3 resumes operation on all days of week and route 15 only on weekday peak hours. Route 14 remains closed because it is almost fully covered by temporary bus route 200.

Due to cancellation of quarantine, electric bus route 89 resumed operation.

Due to reconstruction of rain water sewage system and turn restrictions between Kareivių and Verkių streets, from 4th to 10th June inclusively trolleybus route will be on a detour: ŽEMIEJI PANERIAI — ... — Kareivių g. — Valakampių tiltas — Antakalnio g. — ANTAKALNIS.

Due to increased demand, routes 20 and 21 are resuming their operation. Trolleybuses will run only on weekdays during rush hours. Route 21 will be operating on shorter track Žirmūnai — Antakalnis.

Due to reconstruction works on J. Basanavičiaus g. from 12 to 21 of April routes 6 and 12 will be diverted. From Žaliasis tiltas trolleybuses will follow A. Goštauto g., J. Tumo-Vaižganto g., V. Kudirkos g., J. Basanavičiaus g. and then return to normal routes. Bus 21 will do a detour by Pylimo g., Naugarduko g., Švitrigailos g., J. Basanavičiaus g. and then will come back to it's normal route.

Due to restrictions of people movement trolleybus routes 3, 14, 15 and 20 are temporarily cancelled.

Due to quarantine measures and significant reduction of passenger traffic, route 21 Saulėtekis — Žirmūnai is temporarily cancelled.

Due to quarantine measures and significant reduction of passenger traffic, route 89 Stotis — Nepriklausomybės a. is temporarily cancelled. In reality electric buses were already mostly operating on special services for medical personnel while route 89 was operated by diesel buses.
