Chronology: Oklahoma CityAdd record · Search in Chronology December 14, 2018The 9,5 km-long (one-way) starter segment of the streetcar network opens. Two services are operated: the B-Loop & the D-Loop. A $136 million project is a part of an ambitious multi-project program called 'MAPS' aimed at redeveloping the city. The line is operated with 7 three-section low-floor Brookville Liberty streetcars with an auxiliary power option. Only 5,15 km-long segment of the line is equipped with the overhead, about 54% of the system.
