No, Dallas has two separate streetcar lines: the M-Line in downtown core with heritage streetcars, and the Dallas Streetcar going from Union Station to the Bishop Arts District with modern streetcars produced by Brookville Equipment Corporation.

I follow the news about North American light rail & streetcar system, and didn't meet messages about DART LRVs replacement. I only know that they have added middle low-floor section to all Kinki Sharyo trams/LRVs.
