The comments are more than justified, but I can only base on what is written on the back. It was not uncommon in those days (especially in Switzerland and Austria) for photos to be retouched. Now this is called Photoshop...

There is a real chance that this was once intended as a press photo, to promote the trolleybus, and that the photo was later used for an official postcard. In that case, the official inauguration date was used and the photo was also improved. So the real date of shooting must have been before the inauguration and here it would be quite possible: there are no persons present in the photo at all.

I think the mountains were retouched and the photo may have been taken earlier, but the exact truth will never be known.

В верхнем левом углу фотографии видна ветка дерева с листьями, Тунское озеро не замёрзшее - видна рябь на воде. Троллейбус новенький, как говорится "с иголочки" - возникает желание прокатиться на нём по всей линии. Думаю, что маршрут был красивым, особенно в вечернее время, когда заходящее солнце даёт причудливую окраску горам как на картинах Николая Рериха.
