Former trackage of the line to Unterer Bahnhof that predates the latest version that survived until 2007. If I understand correctly, in the last years of the line's existence this segment might had been used as an access track to the factory. Or otherwise it was just abandoned even before 2007. This segment is clearly visible on the old map of Plauen from 1913:

Участок бывшей линии на Unterer Bahnhof, использовавшейся до последней версии линии, работавшей до 2007. Возможно в последние годы существования линии участок выполнял роль подъезда к заводу. Или же данный участок был просто заброшен ещё ранее 2007-го года. Эта часть линии есть на старой карте Плауэна 1913-го года:
