Каким образом? Сами останавливаются или срабатывает светофор при приближении троллейбуса?

Раз в 11-12 мин. троллейбус "заказывает" себе мораторий на движение прочего транспорта на перекрёстке на ~90 сек, и спокойно с размахом разворачивается.
