Saint-Louis — The Loop Trolley — Trolley Related Public Events

The Loop Trolley Project was notorious for miscalculations, problems or just plain lack of luck.
Even on the opening day 15/11/18 trams didn't get lucky — snowed in by a snowfall.
The ceremony was moved indoors, where officials on stage pointlessly hammered on an imaginary spike in the air.
Trams entered service on the following day 16/11/18 only, however, operations were held back by the... shooting.

Проект The Loop Trolley преследовали просчёты, проблемы и просто невезение.
Даже в день октрытия 15/11/18 трамваю не везло — помешал сильный снегопад.
В результате, мероприятие перебралось в помещение, где на сцене официальные лица торжественно забили молотком какой-то кол в воздух.
Трамваи пошли только на следущий день 16/11/18, однако движению помешала... перестрелка.

A double-track segment of the line on a mixed right-of-way via historic market Delmar Boulevard.
The infrastructure is ready, but it will yet wait for more than a year through multiple opening date postponements.
