Details of this photo: two Jipsan 2020/2021 on left, a Jipsan 74 with rare tall windscreen in background right.
Road is unpaved where the two new trolleybuses are, but is paved to the right.
The photo looks like it is taken in a depot.

The only information about location is 'Party Committee of North Hamgyong Province' in the subtitle of the article.
