Fukuoka is a designated city in the Kyushu region of Japan and the capital city of Fukuoka Prefecture. The city is built along the shores of Hakata Bay, in the northern part of the island of Kyushu in southwestern Japan. Population of this city of 1,669,000.
Transportation services are provided by the following modes of transport:
