Chronology

25.09.2024 Due to flood damage, the funicilar operation will not be resumed before the planned reconstruction in spring 2025. The last day of operation was September 13th, 2024.
06.03.2024 Second trolleybus route was opened, line 59 from metro Nádraží Veleslavín to Václav Havel airport.
Line is operated by bi-articulated Škoda-Solaris 24m trolleybuses and replaced bus route 119.
01.02.2024 Start of regular service on the first trolleybus route 58. Bus line 140 is closed.
03.06.2023 For operational reasons (lack of two-way cars after the start of traffic in Libush), from 06/03/2023 until further notice (Approximately October 2023), changes are being made to the final stops between routes No. 7 and 19: route No. 7 will be redirected from the Strashnice Road station to Lechovets, and route No. 19 will be redirected from the station "Strashnice Road" at the Hostivarj depot.
27.05.2023 Opening ceremony for new tram track Sídliště Modřany — Libuš. Regular operations begin on a day later, May 27th, 2023. New track is temporary a dead end, where half of line 17 connections is redirected.

ТЕКУЩЕЕ СОСТОЯНИЕ ЭЛЕКТРОТРАНСПОРТА

Трамвай
— длина линий: примерно 150 км (одно- и двухпутных)
— количество маршрутов: 28 дневных (количество может меняться во время ремонтов), 10 ночных, 1 ретро, 2 музейно-экскурсионных
— парковая и ремонтная база: 7 депо линейных вагонов, 1 депо музейных и экскурсионных вагонов, 1 центральные ремонтные мастерские
— пассажирский подвижной состав: более 900 единиц
— особенности эксплуатации системы: очень частые изменения трассы маршрутов, так же частые изменения принадлежности вагонов к разным депо (по этой причине в базе данных указывается только последняя известная привязка вагона, и остальные данные указываются в примечаниях в приблизительном виде)

Троллейбус
— движение в первой системе закрыто 16.10.1972
— движение снова открыто 16.10.2022, продолжается строителство новых линий
— в местах прохождения первой и последней линии установлено 2 памятника
— 2 троллейбуса хранятся в музее, 1 проходит восстановительный ремонт
