Foton BJ5160XLH — 10.5 metre high floor dual-mode trolleybus, manufactured by Foton Nanhai Factory (Foshan) in 2017 as a dedicated training trolleybus for the then Guangzhou Trolleybus Company. These three trolleybuses were procured at a price of ¥599900 per vehicle, along with 41 normal dual-mode trolleybuses in 2017. The delivery of these training trolleybuses allowed the retirement of the converted Sunwin SWB5105GP-1 and Shanghai SK5105GP-1 training trolleybuses. These were the first air‑conditioned training trolleybuses delivered to Guangzhou.

Aside from the shortened wheelbase of this trolleybus, the electrical equipment was largely similar to the BJ5120A delivered in 2017, with only a few downgrades, such as using lead-acid batteries (the 2017 batch of BJ5120A had switched to LiFePO4 batteries). As a training trolleybus, it had an instructor's seat next to the driver's seat and included a separate brake for the instructor.

This model was fitted with WABCO ABS.

福田BJ5160XLH — 福田南海厂(佛山)于2017年生产的10.5米三踏双源无轨电车教练车,为广州的第一款有空调的无轨教练车。这批新的BJ5160XLH替换了早期申沃SWB5105GP-1 and 上海SK5105GP-1改装教练车;车辆均价为59.99万/辆。BJ5160XLH在同时采购的2017年款BJ5120A上进行了部分改动:低入口改成三踏,磷酸铁锂电池改为铅酸电池,有教练座与刹车;大部分其他配件没有区别。

该车配备威伯科ABS。
