Wow, is this the only known photo of a live tram operating via the Stroitel branch? Did the author take any more photos from that small branch? Thanks.

The name of the street is 'Пушкинская / Пушкiньскя' and the terminus name is 'Кинотеатр Строитель' or sometimes simply 'Строитель'. It is a short branch in the east of the system, next to the Depot branch:

It closed much earlier than the rest of the system.

Thanks. This is a segment of track before the split into two branches. Tracks to the right lead toward the depot, a straight move leads to Stroitel.

Юрий, Вы ошибаетесь. Место съёмки обсуждаемого фото http://transphoto.ru/photo/1173789 расположено перед пересечением с магистральной улицей Тельмана (обратите внимание на знак "Stop" сверху). Направо пути ведут на Южный путепровод.
P.S. Нашёл ещё одно фото 117 вагона у этого автора - на Карьерной улице (https://photo.tramvaj.ru/images/konstantinovka/117.jpg).
