Yes, I was there 2 time. In 1997 and back in 2010, for the trams ex Zürich.
Vinnitsa was and is one of the best systems in the big area.
The KTM5 trams were in an excellent condition and had a long life in Vinnitsa.
In fact, the environment hasn't changed much in all those years, much less than elsewhere.
That's also the reason I waited to post pictures of Vinnitsa: relatively little has changed and for the Swiss trams I came back, but I haven't published pictures of that either, because there are enough here already.
If there's any real interest in even more older pictures of this city, I'll post them.

'The KTM5 trams in Vinnitsa' sounds like a horrible nightmare.
Did you mean KT4?)

Hope you'll have another occasion to visit Vinnytsia soon - for almost the same reason as in 2010:)

As for the older photographs of Vinnitsa, I will post them systematically when I find time for it.
A revisit is not planned at this moment. The reason is the time-consuming accessibility for me. I had combined my previous trip as follows: plane to Odessa, train to Vinnitsa and from there to Minsk. If I find enough new features that can be combined, a trip usually follows. An airport that can be used by me is a must: sooner or later Kharkiv will be visited again: this can be done quite easily now. And the same goes for Lviv...
