Tranvia de Cuenca Alstom Citadis 302 LRV No. 1001 departing Aeropuerto Station
Construction of Cuenca’s Tranvia tramway was initiated in 2013 and after some delay was completed in 2018. In 2019 test runs using Alstom Citadis LRV units commenced but were interrupted. At the time of this photograph (March 2020) test runs had recommenced but there was no firm date for launching commercial public operations.

The type 302 five-car units operated on the Tranvia system are part of the X02 (second generation) vehicles. Construction of Cuenca’s Tranvia tramway was initiated in 2013 and after some delay was completed in 2018. In 2019 test runs using Alstom Citadis LRV units commenced but were interrupted. The Tranvia consists of 20 stations along a 10km route which crosses the city from South East Rio Tarque Station to North East Parque Industrial Station.
