Is something like that in USA, in San Francisco and Hollywood area? Both old trams and film studios is there.

I have not yet visited American film studios, so I cannot compare.

If you ever come to Shanghai, I can recommend this. Please note that this is a very active studio and that parts of it are regularly closed to visitors due to filming. This implies that the tram (or trams) do not always run, or only on a certain section. I was there in the morning and that was a correct choice: in the afternoon, the 'city section' was closed off and the tram service stopped, because filming was planned there.
Last tip: have the address written down on a piece of paper in the hotel and hand it to the taxi driver at the end of the metro line. This is already in a region where nobody understands English and the indications on buses are given in monolingual...
