Statistically, it happens every 10 years that someone tries to get into the tram tunnel with his car. Sometimes along the tracks, sometimes along the stairs... It always ends badly for the car.

Статистически раз в 10 лет кто-нибудь пытается въехать в трамвайный тунель на машине. Иногда по рельсам, иногда по лестнице... Что всегда заканчиается плохо для машины.
Why? In most cases: under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and also in combination with a stolen vehicle. Occasionally, through distraction and then they are usually very old drivers. How? Driving over the tracks and using the regular access ramp (for trams) is common. There have been a number of cases where access stairs have been used in real James Bond style. However, this does not always work. Professionally, I am dealing with a case involving someone whose car did not reach the mezzanine floor and only got a few metres further (on the stairs). The damage is huge, the passenger is in a coma and both (driver and passenger) were under the influence of drugs. And here, only one of the entrances to a station was damaged: so the vehicle did not reach the platforms.
