Announcement of the planned launch of an electronic fare payment system (EU co-financing).

Unfortunately in the summer '21 this system is not yet installed, and tickets were sold by conductors only.
According to the conductor's information, you can only buy a one-time ticket in Pleven.

P.S. Many sites in the city have posters about the active use of EU funds to build and rebuild Pleven's infrastructure.
I hope that the e-ticket will work in the near future, and the conductors will disappear from the trolleybuses!
