I also discovered this by accident: in the tram, there is no possibility to look forward because the cabin is completely closed. So one could only see laterally and then more or less guess whether it is a useful photo location.
Not only was my guess right, but I was also lucky that the sun was in a perfect position at that time (morning). Later in the day, this would not have been the case.
The frequency of the tram is only moderate and here too I was very lucky that nothing or nobody came into my view. That too is not at all a self-evident fact in city traffic...
