Sorry, I don't have my notes from 1997 anymore.
What was noted on a notebook then, I later transcribed onto the printed photos. The order of correctness and completeness depended on many factors.
The date was the simplest: I always framed this. Then came the next and sometimes most difficult task: the photo location. It could happen that I got out of a tram and quickly took a picture and then I would note down the composition (in the case of an EMU) or the single car number.
However, I could not always figure out the street names and noting them was not easy for me: I learned to read Ukrainian or Russian over the years and I know the characters now, but it was different then.
Finally, to your question: the route number was noted with a slash after the tram (or EMU) number, or sometimes not at all.
This was actually the least important aspect for me. First the city, then the date, tram numbers, location and finally the line number.
That the line number is wrong, I am willing to believe. On the other hand, I am proud that many years later - thanks to the work of many competent local editors - I can see that the numbers of the EMUs were correctly noted at the time.
You may remove or correct the line number: I have no problem with it, because I really don't know anything better or different. Sorry again!
