I'll check this. This photo was shared without my consent on another website and again here - without details. When I'm at home and find time, then I'll search the details, including the date. It's possible that the photo was made in August 2002. It's more easy that I share my own photos.

Вряд ли. В 2002 26 тут уже не ездил, а в парковом рейсе вряд ли было бы столько народу, за 2 остановки до расположенного в глуши парка

Абсолютно точно не 2002.
Гасители колебаний видны, до 2002 они не дожили ни на одном 86-м.
И в 2002 он был другого оттенка.

I found my original photo & corrected the date and route number.
This photo was indeed made in 1996.
