When it was in service, it was used to tow away defective trams.
It was (and is) a bi-directional vehicle and with the switches on many places, it was possible to use the "wrong" track on a short section and then to arrive before the defective tram, and then tow it away.

Now this is a museum tram. The most important: this tram still have original fronts. The fronts can used to rebuilt another existing museum tram as an original one. Or: this tram can be (without big costs) be rebuilt as passenger tram. Only the stickers need to be removed; the interior is still intact. And then it could be possible to make a party tram of it.

These are the existing options. 2 problems: money (as always) & the fact that they don't have permission to run museum trams anymore.

The tram stays now outside due to lack of place inside the depots of Knokke and De Panne.
