На участке длиной 6.3 км расположились 3 новых станции: Wilshire/La Brea, Wilshire/Fairfax и Wilshire/La Cienega.
По прогнозам, открытие 2-го участка запланировано на весну 2027 года, а 3-го — осенью того же года.
On May 8, 2026, after nearly 12 years since construction began, the grand opening of Phase 1 of the D Line extension to Westwood finally took place.
The 3.9-mile (6.3 km) section features 3 new stations: Wilshire/La Brea, Wilshire/Fairfax, and Wilshire/La Cienega. According to current forecasts, the opening of Phase 2 is scheduled for spring 2027, with Phase 3 expected in the fall of the same year.
