Chronology

07.01.2023 The new 2,5 km-long segment of the MUNI Metro — Central Subway opens including three underwound stations Chinatown, Union Square/​Market Street, Yerba Buena/​Moscone, and one surface station 4th/Brannan. The new segment is connected with the rest of the network at 4th/King. The Line T — Third Street has been rerouted, and now operates between Chinatown and Sunnydal utilizing the new segment.
01.04.2022 Center lanes on Van Ness open, a few trolleybuses seen. The lanes are also open to Golden Gate Transit.
