15.12.2024	Beijing Subway Line 3 opens (Dongsi Shitiao to Dongbabei); Line 12 opens (Sijiqinqiao to Dongbabei); Changping Line Jimenqiao station opens.
30.12.2023	Three extensions open on the Beijing Subway: — Line 16 is extended by 2 stations from Yushuzhuang to Wanpingcheng; infill station Suzhoujie is also opened. — Line 11 is extended by one stop to Moshikou. — Line 17 northern section from Weilaikexuechengbei to Gongrentiyuchang.
16.04.2022	Trolleybus route 112 is cancelled. It first ran in 1960 November 25.
31.12.2021	Now open: 58 km of new subway lines. Line 8: National Art Museum of China-Zhushikou, 4.6km, 3 stations — key north-south interconnection Line 11: Mode Port-Xinshougang, 2.5km, 4 stations — new line Line 14: West Bureau-Jingfengmen, 6.8 km, 5 stations — key east-west interconnection Line 16: Ganjiakou-Yuyuantan East Gate, 2.5km Line 17: Shilihe-Jiahui Lake, 15.8km, 7 stations Line 19: Peony Garden-New Palace, 20.9km — 10 stations — new line — in reality only 5 stations opened. The others are being bypassed without stopping. Line S1 (maglev): Apple Orchard-Jin'an Bridge, 1.2 km, 1 station Changping Line: Xierqi-Qinghe Station, 1.5 km, 1 station Capital Airport Line: Dongzhimen-Beixinqiao, 1.8km, 1 station
