This used to be a industrial train line that used to serve factories in Militari and along the current day Progresul Avenue (which was built in 1987 parallel to the rail line). The line is long closed and this crossing is going to be lifted since the tracks on Vasile Milea are closed for reparis.

Apparently if you are in a driving exam, you will fail if you dont stop at this train track, even though no trains have run here in many years.

Thanks for your comment. As I see from googlestreet view, the crossing still exists and tram tracks separated from the road with metallic fence. However, google may not reflect the actual situation.

Well yes, because Google's most recent images are from 2019, when the line was still in operation. The line has been under repairs since 25 May 2021, and Google has went thru Romania this year, so i expect to be imagery updates.
