Судя по фото в профиле осталась чуть ли не с времён линейной эксплуатации вагона.

The photos above show the other side of the same tram, once in passenger service and once was working tram.

Here too you see a similar advertisement.

Stickers, as we know them today, did not exist back then. This kind of advertising was such that it could never be removed. The procedure was broadly similar to decalcomania.
