К 1928 году новый вагон на фото устарел уже лет на 15, но консервативная Washington Railway & Electric Co. продолжала заказывать то же, что и в 1910-х годах. Подобным же качеством отличался, кстати, и главный трамвайный перевозчик в Милуоки, но там проект был посвежее.
