Route 12 has been temporarily extended due to work. Motorists clearly did not expect a tram to use this place.
The car driver said: "This is the fault of the photographer ( I...) who distracted my attention".
A witness said: "I have read that the tracks are very slippery due to the fall of the leafs. That is where the fault lies".
My thought (I kept silent...): this is the fault of Covid-19. Without that virus, the trams from Ghent could have been running and the line would have been shortened to the Schijnpoort stop....

That day it was sunny and everyone was in a good mood. In fact, it was only the car driver who was angry with everything and everyone. The tram driver (a young man) just filled in his papers, looked at his watch and let the woman scream and shout at everyone.
Not visible on the photo: there is a large square, with a lot of people (including children) chatting there. Some of them came to watch the show, because that was what it was going to be. And me? I had other photo wishes...
