Опытный образец. В 1983 году испытывался в Праге под № 0016. 10.11.83 поступил в Краснопресненское депо, где получил № 0001. В течение 1983-1984 гг. проводились испытания вагона сначала в одиночном режиме (весна 1984), а затем по СМЕ в составе поезда 0002+0001 (лето-осень 1984). В конце 2006 г. передан в музей. В сентябре 2008 г. вагону возвращён исторический номер.
