View of typical "island" platform of the T4 tram line (in the photo — 50.Yıl-Baştabya Station).
The wide of this plarform is about three step for an adult!
This constructive solution causes some discomfort and danger when passengers leave both trains that arrived at the same time.

In the background is the infrastructure for access to the station through the overpass.

Step left — glass fence, step right — steel tracks...

The T4 train moved to Cebeci District, leaving us on the narrow (two steps wide!) "shore" platform of the Haci Şukrü Station.

Access to this and other stations in the northern direction is carried out through a ground crossing equipped with a traffic lights (does anyone believe that Istanbul pedestrian and scooter drivers pay attention to the traffic lights?).

Линия Т4 являет собой наглядный пример гибкости рельсового ЭТ как вида транспорта: ближе к центру города линия проходит по полностью изолированному полотну и имеет подземные участки (см. тоннель сзади), но на окраине выходит на городские улицы. Как следствие, линия получила литеру "Т", но тем не менее часто приравнивается к соседней полностью изолированной линии лёгкого метро M1 (Hafif Metro).
