Chronology

26.02.2021 From 22:30 on February 26 to 06:00 on March 1, due to track maintenance work on the T1 tram line (Kabataş — Bağcılar) only one track will be used on Yusufpaşa — Beyazıt Kapalıçarşı section. Due to the curfew, the line will operate at 15-minute intervals.
05.02.2021 During the weekend, a curfew will be declared across Istanbul for an indefinite period of time. It will start at 21:00 on Friday and will finish at 05:00 on Monday. The following metro, tram and funicular lines will not operate during the curfew:
M6 (Levent — Boğaziçi Üniversitesi-Hisarüstü)
T2 (Taksim — Tünel)
T3 (Kadıköy — Moda)
F1 (Taksim — Kabataş)
Passengers will be able to use İETT buses which run along the route of these lines and stop near closed stations. From 06:00 on Monday, these lines will resume their work according to the previously published weekday schedule (T2 line — from 07:00).
The remaining metro and tram lines (M1, M2, M3, M4, M5, M7, T1 and T4) will operate during the curfew from 06:00 to 0:00 at 15-minute intervals. The T5 line (Cibali — Alibeyköy Cep Otogarı) will operate at 20-minute intervals. The F3 line (Seyrantepe — Vadistanbul) will operate from 07:20 to 22:00 at 10-minute intervals. From 06:00 on Monday, these lines will resume their work according to the previously published weekday schedule (F3 line — from 07:20).
The operating hours and intervals of the F2 line (Karaköy — Beyoğlu) operated by İETT can be viewed at: https://tunel.iett.istanbul/tr/tunel/pag...eri/544.
Marmaray system will work on a regular schedule.

29.01.2021 From 21:00 on January 29 to 05:00 on February 1, a curfew, that will be applied across Istanbul was declared. For this reason, the following metro, tram and funicular lines will not operate on these days:

23.01.2021 On January 23, from 17:00 to 0:00, there will be no service on the T1 tram line (Kabataş — Bağcılar) from Güngören station to Bağcılar terminal station due to the track replacement works. Passengers will be able to use İETT buses which run between closed stations.

В городе две (де-юре - семь) независимых друг от друга линии метро и две (де-юре - четыре) независимых друг от друга линии трамвая и две линии фуникулёра. Линии и маршруты с индексом T - это трамваи. Линии и маршруты с индексом M - это метро. Тем не менее, линии Т4 и M1 имеют много общего - по сути, обе из них являются линиями скоростного трамвая. Раньше на них даже работал общий ПС.
