There will be a new track as replacement via Strehlen railway station, see here: http://transphoto.ru/articles/5941/
It is supposed to open in summer 2019. Until summer lines 9 and 13 are replaced by bus in this section.

Ну фото же к карте привязано, там всё есть (строящаяся линия показана пунктиром). Линия перекладывается с Wasastraße - Franz-Liszt-Straße на Oskarstraße - Tiergartenstraße для сокращения пересадки на S-Bahn - от старой остановки надо было идти около 400 метров, теперь трамвай будет приезжать прямо под платформу.

Состояние трассы на улицe Вазаштрассе не так хорошо (только по немецким стандартам). Трамваям разрешалось ездить только со скоростью 10 километров в час. Pемонт стоил бы слишком много денег.
