This map is quite poor in resolution, but reveals valuable plans about the original network.

Lines 1 and 2 are unchanged, while line 3 is noticeably different. The odd shape of Thongil Street is because it was originally intended to bridge over to Angol Flyover over Turu Island, and the original foundations for such a bridge are visible in Google Earth imagery at the end of Thongil Street.
Various sources had also mentioned a fourth stage of the tram network, which was never completed, and possibly referred to completing the loop of line 3.
The fourth line is not included in the legend, unlike lines 1, 2 and 3, so the purpose is unclear.

So, this map was puplished in 1991 and stay at a board on Kwangbok gori by opening of first tramline by the leaders KIM IL SUNG and KIM JONG IL. The area of the map was in opposite of Children's Palace and shows the planning of tramsystem in this time. (only ideas except the second line).
On these event two KT8D5 was coupled and moved the important people. Some days later this two KT8D5 get numbers 1001 and 1002.
