The slogan on the quite ugly Plattenbau-Haus suits for the Leipziger Strassenbahnfahrzeug well. It's enough to replace Deutsche texts by Russian ones and that photo can be surely attributed to some Soviet city :-) By the way, what king of things the "Offener Leipziger" forgot in Dresden?
