Actually the official model name is simply UHIIIs, which is a shortcut of:

1) "Uerdingen" and Henschel Werke, which elaborated this trolleybus as joint venture in late 1947.
2) "III" - for a so-called Normgröße - a standard for body length adopted by the German Commercial Vehicle Manufacturers Trade Union way back in September 1937. There are some divergencies in interpreting the Norms, but III literally means the length from 11 to 12 meters.
3) "s" stands for a monocoque body. The bodywork was carried out by Üerdingen, while the axles and other transmission components were manufactured by Henschel. Albeit the German 1940s trolleybus name style foresees CHASSIS/BODY/EE, this construction later applied to frameless vehicles as well.

Note that the motor was made by Garbe, Lahmeyer & Co, while the poles, traction rheostats and other electric equipment - by Kiepe Electric.
